AQUAROBICS: Join us for an upbeat exhilarating workout combining cardio and toning in the water! You'll leave feeling refreshed and empowered with no impact to your joints. No swimming skills are required.

PUMP FX: A resistance training workout that strengthens, tones and defines every muscle in your body using barbellsand adjustable weights. set to motivational music. Suitable for all - see results fast!!

PUMP AND FLEX: Enjoy a body sculptingworkout using FLEXIBARS and weights to tone your body and improve your core stability. Suitable for all.

STEP N TONE: A combination of simple step movementsset to motivational music for a fun and effective workout. Followed by legs, bums and tums exercises to tone and strengthen the whole body. Ideal for beginners.

BASIC STEP: An excellent cardio workout, suitable for everyone. Combining simple step moves with great music to burn fat and shape legs and bums! this class will increase your heart and lung capacity, raising your overall fitness level whilst burning calories.

PURE STEP: A class full of new moves and stylish combinations! Learn from basic moves and effortlessly enjoy the ride through to your desired level! A great cardio workout to burn fat and tone your lower body. Suitable for all.

PURE AEROBICS: Good old fashioned aerobics! This class will ensure that you work hard and play hard. The routine will be progressive meaning that you can work as hard or as easy as you like! Suitable for all.

KICK AEROBICS: Get fit, toned, strong and flexible with this easy to follow aerobic routine. Based on kick boxing and set to great music this is the class for you if you want an overall body workout in 45 minutes! Great for the legs and butt!  

BASIC FITNESS PILATES: enjoy a mind body workout to tone, strengthen and lengthen your body, increasing flexibility and improving posture. The focus is on control and techniques, bringing the results you want - quickly! Suitable for all.

ADVANCED FITNESS PILATES: Suitable for intermediate level.

BENDER BALL PILATES: Bender balls are soft small balls used to bring a new dimension to Pilates. The ball increases the intensity of the exercises, improving your core strength and stability.

FLEXIBLE FITNESS PILATES: This class uses traditional pilates techniques but places a strong emphasis on stretching your muscles to tone your body and and improve your flexibility.  An easy to follow class suitable for all.

PHYSICAL YOGA: Stretch and tone your whole body with this yoga based workout. Using postures taken from Yoga this class strengthens your whole body and relaxes your mind! includes a short relaxation session. Suitable for everyone.
