Karate for fitness and self-defence.
Kentai Karate is a Wado-rye based style of karate covering both traditional and sport karate that can be practiced as an art, hobby, sport, physical fitness activity or as an effective self-defence.
Classes run for beginners and there are separate sessions for adults. Jonathan Little is registered as a senior instructor with the English Governing Body (the only karate governing body recognised by the Sports Council).
